SmartWatchAlarm — Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 3, 2026
SmartWatchAlarm ("the app") is a smart alarm for Apple Watch. This policy explains what data the app uses and how.
Data the app uses
• Health data (read only, with your permission): heart rate and sleep analysis (sleep stages) from Apple Health.
• Motion data (with your permission): accelerometer and gyroscope readings from your watch, including overnight motion recorded by watchOS.
How the data is used
The data is used only to detect light sleep during the alarm window, to wake you at a better moment, and to train a small neural network on your own nights. All processing happens on your Apple Watch.
Storage and sharing
• All data stays on your device. The app has no servers, no accounts and no internet connection.
• No data is collected by the developer, sold, or shared with third parties.
• Health data is never used for advertising or marketing.
• The app does not write any data to Apple Health.
• The app contains no analytics, tracking or advertising SDKs.
Your control
You can turn off access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health and Motion & Fitness. You can delete the app's learned data with "Reset neural network" in the app, or by deleting the app.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
